Based on the specs for the Lectric XP 2.0 step thru E-bikes you won't be able to use the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S64678 as it only has a weight capacity of 60lbs per bike and the Lectric bikes are 64lbs.

Your 2020 Winnebago Vita 24P does have a queen size mattress, so you can replace it with either a standard 80" x 60" queen or 75" x 60" short queen.
